Major remodelling of this Surrey cottage included the addition of a large oak framed extension to create a new open plan sitting room and kitchen. We also included a separate laundry/utility area and a family bathroom. The light-filled space features exposed beams, recessed and feature spot lights, automated Velux skylights, traditional style French doors to the garden and engineered oak floorboards throughout.
This renovation project had a mix of flooring installed with flagstones in the heavy wear areas and engineered oak in the living areas.
